Bug Description
Ceph Nautilus deployed with charms.
Adding MDS afterwards with ceph-fs charm, the keyring is created and visible via "ceph auth ls".
When removing the application the keyring associated with the application container remains in place.
Expected result: the keyring of application has to be removed.
