Bug Description
There's an action for ceph-mon show-disk-free, which runs the equiv. of 'ceph osd df tree'
Currently this returns output in 'plain' format.
To make this better usable for scripts it would be good to have this as a more easily parseable output as well, eg. json. 'ceph osd df tree' does support diff. output formats, the action would just need to pass through a format parameter.

Add formatting param for disk usage
Pass formatting option to ceph for easier postprocessing.
Constrain to values accepted by ceph, default to plain format.
