Bug Description

Hi team,

After COS integration, in Grafana dashboard "Ceph Pools overview" an error "many-to-many matching not allowed: matching labels must be unique on one side". I attached the screenshot bellow. I will also attach the juju status for COS and Openstack model, where you can check all of the charm versions.

Please let me know is there is some other information you need

The actual prometheus.yml should be checked but I suppose you have duplicate relations which could scrape the same endpoint twice.

- ceph-mon:metrics-endpoint cos-prometheus:metrics-endpoint
- ceph-mon:prometheus cos-proxy:prometheus-target

Indeed I suspect the issue could be duplicate metrics from cos-proxy and ceph-mon.
Natalia would you be able to test this without the relation from cos-proxy?
