ceilometer charm errors when a node is restarted

When I reboot one of my compute nodes I see this error:
         ceilometer-agent/0:
            upgrading-from: local:trusty/ceilometer-agent-20
            agent-state: error
            agent-state-info: 'hook failed: "config-changed"'
            agent-version: 1.20.14

I have a deployment done with: http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~openstack-charm-testers/+junk/ceilometer-ha/view/head:/default-mongo-ha-only.yaml

Where lp:charms/trusty/ceilometer-agent errors every time I reboot the compute nodes.

Hi, gema.

I haven't been able to reproduce this in ctsstack - I did reboot all the vms, and forced failure only on mysql and keystone units. I haven't rebooted the nova compute nodes though.

I will retry the scenario at my local maas/openstack deployment later today, will report back here.
