install fails on focal

Install fails on focal with the following (using a modified version of the charm that adds "focal" to supported series in metadata.yaml): https://paste.ubuntu.com/p/23jks6vHDS/

I believe there are some layer updates needed for this to work.

With a recently built version of livepatch we're seeing:

2020-02-20 00:05:40 DEBUG install 2020/02/20 00:05:40 error executing enable: Livepatchd error: The platform Ubuntu 20.04 is not supported. exiting.

Tested this using the edge snap channel as suggested by the devs.

In Juju status I was seeing:

livepatch/0* active idle 10.25.63.235 Running kernel unknown, patchState: unknown

And the nagios checks were failing with:
