Bug Description
We are working with a machine that for a time needs to have livepatch disabled, it would be nice if there was a charm action to disable livepatch and subsequently re-enable it.

Bleh.
Somehow completely missed that this was a request for a charm ACTION, not a setting.
This is indeed reasonable (to manually disable a given unit or units within the overall service).
