Bug Description
The new version of the Calico enterprise was released as per notes[0] and now it is possible to use Kubernetes 1.28, currently, the charm version was tested with Kubernetes 1.27, the ideal would be to have the new version validated since charm 1.28 is the only with support for Calico enterprise.
