upgrading doesn't restart the sync daemon, so old bugs are still in effect

I installed Ubuntu One yesterday, and encountered the bug which prevented moving files with nautilus from working. I heard that there was a fix, so I waited a day and installed the new release. The debian package upgraded successfully, but I was still seeing the bug (the nautilus-moved content was still not being synchronized). I restarted the ubuntuone-syncdaemon and it immediately synced the content.

So probably the .deb postinstall script should restart all users' syncdaemons.

Something needs to happen here to avoid users having old syncdaemon sessions in place after an upgrade.

You might know what we can do in order to send a postinstall signal to the applet (maybe?) in order to restart the syncdaemon, let's talk about this on irc.

The quit method is now exposed and clicking quit in the applet also quit the syncdaemon.
Now we need to restart the applet/syncdaemon on postinstall.
