Bug Description
In the newer version of the notify-osd system, they have removed actions. It used to give the option to open in browser or email program which we can no longer do. It would be nice to have the icon's right click menu have the options that were in the old notify box as well as a configurable left click to be able to open in browser, program, or do nothing.
