0.61 deletes all accounts sometimes

Bug Description
0.61 icon hanged (it happens often btw). I tried to stop-start service (usually helps). nothing happened this time. I restarted cgmail. All accounts gone. I restored accounts.ini from backup. After that working fine.

so, I found that actually I had disk full. Sorry. But I think atomic rename or at least error handling can be helpful there.
