Bug Description
Building a 32-bit version of libtest on 64-bit platform is only necessary when testing 32-bit Lisps. However, since a 32-bit version is always compiled, the test process will fail (even when testing 64-bit Lisps) when a 32-bit cross-compiling kit is unavailable. This situation could be improved.
