Bug Description
* the example for DEFINE-FOREIGN-TYPE seems actually to be an example
for DEFINE-PARSE-METHOD
* the example for DEFINE-PARSE-METHOD is exactly the same, including
the wrong operator name.
* DEFINE-PARSE-METHOD does not come with any description.
