Inspiron 6400 is listed twice. Do we have two units? Presumably it should still only appear once.

It's also true for Inspiron 1420.

They both appear once with an 8.10 cert, then with 7.04, 7.10, 8.04.

This is due to the way certify-web (and, by extension, salesforce & webapps) handle hardware. To resolve this there needs to be a way to express hardware relationships.

To this end, I have registered a blueprint - qa-cert-related-hardware - for this feature.
