Cerbere does not restart Wingpanel afer apt upgrade

Bug Description
In Loki Beta2, when Wingpanel or any other plugin gets apt upgraded, more often than not, the Cerbere does not restart the Winpanel.
Then, in terminal, you can start it with the command line, the Wingpanel appears, but if you close the Terminal the Wingpanel disappears again. It's like the upgrade somwhow broke the Cerbere - Wingpanel connection.
This is happening on the same laptop I used Freya on and it was never an issue before.
