Documentation for running cinder-volume-usage-audit (telemetry) misleading

The documentation implies that the cinder-volume-usage-audit tool shall be called every 5 minutes.
This causes all usage data for the reference interval (month by default) to be sent every 5 minutes?

Looking at https://github.com/openstack/openstack-ansible-os_cinder/blob/1af3003e163e09f917dd124ae874f1bea6fe2c6b/tasks/main.yml#L147 it seems to there should be some alignment of the interval the tool is invoked that the time interval to send data for.

I am also questioning the "--send_actions" option. If you look at https://bugs.launchpad.net/openstack-ansible/+bug/1968734 it seems that create/delete events are emitted if notifications are enabled for cinder. And then those events would be sent twice (once by cinder on the actual event and then again by cinder-volume-usage-audit.
