version: kilo 2015.1.2

step:
1: source /root/admin-openrc.sh
2: ceilometer meter-list

the result is : The service catalog is empty

What's this .sh file? What's your Keystone catalog?

Sounds like a problem on your platform. No way to reproduce.

this .sh file is aim to export OS_PROJECT_DOMAIN_ID, OS_USER_DOMAIN_ID, OS_PROJECT_NAME, OS_TENANT_NAME,OS_USERNAME,OS_PASSWORD,0S_AUTH_URL

you should paste full error. also see if there are errors on ceilometer-api... additionally check your keystone catalog. this seems like a user error though.
