Bug Description
Currently we raise an exception if we have a bad meter definition, but this will abort loading rest of the definitions. Instead we should just skip bad ones and continue with rest

Skip bad meter definitions instead of erroring out
Currently we raise an exception once we hit a bad
meter definition in the yaml. Instead, skip the
bad ones and proceed with rest of the yaml.
