unused nova_notifier listener

the nova_notifier plugin was removed in kilo. the corresponding notification processor should be removed as well.

    remove old nova_notifier processing code

    the nova_notifier plugin was removed in Kilo. this removes the
    corresponding processing code.

    missed entrypoint for nova_notifier removal

    i messed up. entrypoint was not removed so now it's throwing error
    on startup.
