Ability to disable exchanges selectively to which ceilometer listens.Currently it listens to all the services.

hi Ankita, i think this might be possible already. can you try changing the name of the exchanges you don't want enabled?
ie. to disable nova
[DEFAULT]
nova_control_
by default it is set to nova, which is what nova is by default set to publish to
