Bug Description

The 'hardware.memory.used' metric being report by Ceilometer is wrong.
It is currently reporting the available memory instead of the used memory.

cool! i don't think we have a formal process, you might want to post on that bug... if you don't get a reply, just post a patch and i can swap it over to you... it'll probably just change over to you automatically when you post patch.
