Bug Description
Hi,
I see that while running this command " ceilometer resource-list", only gives these fields:
| Resource ID | Source | User ID | Project ID
But it should also include the a column for "Resource Name"
And i think it will be helpful for the end-users to identify the things with resource_name instead of resource_id.

Ceilometer only persists the resource ID, as this is the only common guaranteed unique identity attribute for all resource types in OpenStack.
Some resource types also provide a display name attribute, but these are generally not guaranteed unique.
