Bug Description
nova_notifier tests are broken due to changes in nova. the tests were disabled to allow gate to pass. we need to fix these tests or remove them completely (and find a better way to test)

As tested, issues cannot be reproduced for now. After Gordon and I took a look on this problem, we could not find any problems both for MySQL and MongoDB installations - so let's just revert this change - https:/
