source field wrong for user-defined samples

Bug Description

When POSTing user-defined data in Ceilometer : if we set the source field ("test" for example) in the sample, the returned sample from POST contains the inserted value with a prefix:

"source": "97f9a6aaa9d842fcab73797d3abb2f53:test"

but when requesting after on the sample, the prefix is missing:

"source": "test"

Either no prefix at all or it should be sent back AND stored.

Api V2 post sample refactoring
