Bug Description

According to Trivy, 3.8.1 (which is the current version included in CK) has 18 CVEs. 3.10.1 is down to only two CVEs.

To note, there is a breaking change that came with 3.9.0 [1] which will require special consideration [2]:

"#3902 introduced a breaking change in CephFS driver. Please follow the steps mentioned in the upgrade guide to ensure a smooth upgrade."
