Bug Description

Based on LAVA build notifications, since ~Jan 30, no gcc build in LAVA succeeded. Few I eyeballed failed due to hardware-induced ICEs. TODO: analyze failures more formally, provide report to TCWG/Validation.

Ok, after adjusting gcc-4.8 build timeout, we now have successful builds in LAVA:

Daily upstream gcc 4.7/4.8 builds fail, but per Matt's comments, those are not due to infrastructure instability.

Going to monitor for a bit more and the close this bug.
