STR:
download tarball, extract it
search inside testfolder for "this"
Only text.txt would be displayed, despite such byte sequence exists in the second file too

Fixes the fulltext search for non UTF-8 text files

Here's my take on this bug. It adds a dependency though (chardet) so let me know if this is not possible. It has been tested with python 2 and 3 on xubuntu 18.04.
