Sidebar width insufficient for non-English languages

Bug Description
When running catfish on some non-English systems (i.e. German) the sidebar's maximum width is insufficient for the settings buttons (gear icon) to be completely displayed. This is because the translated words are longer than the english ones and the content size of the sidebar increases, yet the maximum size stays the same.
Please have a look at the attached screenshot, where the maximum size allowed is used for the sidebar, yet the gear icons are barely visible (next to "Benutzerdefiniert" and "Andere").
My suggestion: remove the size restriction. File managers like Thunar don't have such restriction either.

The problem was actually because the results pane had a minimum width. This should now be fixed, I've disabled the horizontal scrollbar on the sidebar. This fix will be included in the next release.
