Bug Description

Some of my directorys are mounted from another drive which is NTFS formated, so everybody can have access to the files.
/home/laza/music is an expample for one of those

If i search e.g. for
desktop
desktop.ini
.mp3
catfish finds nothing (in milliseconds), although there are a lot of files!

If i search my home dir, the search last a lot longer (~ 30 s) and i got results.

Xubuntu 12.04
Catfish 0.3.2-2ubuntu1

I can confirm this happens on a Xubuntu 12.10 32 bit system, I downloaded a a pack of png files placed them onto freshly created ntfs partion, auto-mounted in this case, and searching for .png returned 0 results, upon clicking deep search all files were returned.
