Bug Description

The System menu is missing. There should be a system menu with sub-folders > Preferences and Administration.

I would much appreciate if there was an option to either include this under the Cardapio Ubuntu heirarchy, or alongside in the classic format in the gnome panel.

Also, it would be better if one could simply have the top panel items avialable as classic mode, or the newer, more recent mode.

Classic = Ubuntu Icon :::Places :::System

New = Ubuntu Icon + Ubuntu (word)

Oh, about the second part of your comment: That's an interesting idea. I will toy with it on my side and see what comes out...

This has been implemented a few days ago already as a toggle button in the side pane. :)
