System and Preferences only show up in search

Bug Description

The "System" and "Preferences" only show up in the search bar, not in the actual list.
No errors are reported with cardapio run-in-window.
I am using 10.04.

Thanks for reporting, this problem is already known but there is no apparent solution.

If you can think of anything, please contribute to the blueprint at https://blueprints.launchpad.net/cardapio/+spec/always-show-administration-and-preferences
