Background not transparent in light themes

The background it's not completle transparent in Light themes, as you can see in te attached file. But with Shiki Dust (example) it's perfect.

Really? I can't seem to reproduce this with any of the themes on my Ubuntu 10.04 install.

Can you name names? What themes are broken?
