Need to be able to build a new project with just 1 dependency and still import to s-i-s

Currently, to get a project build into s-i-s, all of the dependencies have to be built. We really need to be have the ability to build only one depdenency and still have that imported into s-i-s

Chris, just a heads up as we're still working on this and we came up with a fix for this problem. I'm still trying to sort some things out about it as it's still sub-optimal but it seems to work okay (I don't think the branch is ready to be linked in this bug report, that's why I'm just commenting about it).

Updating the report to include Daniel's branch, which properly fixes the issue better than my hack.

Chris, can someone (if not yourself) give it a try on https://capomastro.staging.canonical.com/ using the Tangxi project I've created there? If it's ok then we could call this done. There's one version available for flashing so you can play with the project built to build one or other dependency and see the result when flashing a real device?
