Bug Description
When a phone (or tablet) is connected to an external screen, the phone screen wakes up often and doesn't go back to suspend.
Steps to reproduce:
* Connect device to external screen
* press the power button to suspend things
* leave it there for a while
=> eventually the phone display will be on and not turn itself off again.
