Bug Description
STEPS:
1. Flash the device
2. Move to the apps scope
3. Connect a bluetooth mouse
4. Move the mouse wheel a single click (IE the smallest movement you can make)
EXPECTED:
Move a page down or one or twp rows of apps
ACTUAL:
Moves to the Bottom of the Apps scope Only affect scopes apps scroll as expected.
