[browser] Zoom needed for better readability

Missing: Many people need a customizable zoom or at least text size for websites because they need bigger text (and pictures) for easy reading. The zoom should not result in horizontal scrolling but wrap text on the end of line.

Not the best of all workflows, but there is a "readability" app in the store that you can install, and then from the browser menu select share and use that app as a destination, this will open the current URL in a new webview in readability mode. Very nice for reading news articles.

Thanks Olivier. I have readability but as you say, it's not the best work flow. Perhaps I should file a wishlist for this if it's tangiental to the zoom issue.

This would be especially useful for the desktop, where layouts tend to be larger and text smaller.

@Pat: assuming we’ll ship OTA-11 with an early build of oxide 1.15, we could try and squeeze that one in.

Note that we’ll need to make sure to land oxide in both vivid and xenial, as we do dual-landings for webbrowser-app.
