Bug Description
Improve navigation in light theme on wiki.ubuntu.com
1) In light theme of wiki.ubuntu.com link at recent change are removed. Now access to this page is much complicated. Please add him.
2) In light theme of wiki.ubuntu.com add link at personal page
3) In light theme of wiki.ubuntu.com add a link navigation like italian wiki (see in attachment) for improve navigation in up and down level.
