Bug Description

On https://login.ubuntu.com/device-list when you save your preferences to switch between "always" and "Only when logging in to sites that request it." and back, there is no message that your preferences have been saved.

A small green success message like the "Your account details have been successfully updated" that you get when modifying your account details would be nice.

We should also confirm the addition, renaming and removal of devices.
