Bug Description

User story:

As a SSO user not concerned about my account's security, I want to set my account to not require use of a 2-f device for regular log in even though I have registered a 2-f device so that I only need to use 2-f auth when the site I am logging in to actually requires it.

Details:

Add a checkbox/radio button to the user's account details page to indicate that 2-f authentication is not to be used unless the consumer sites explicitely requires it.
