Bug Description
2123canistelubu
was logging to a new internal website.
chased the oops in question on canistel, didn't have any useful information in it.
Retried the new web site URL, and received the page stating that name, email groups etc will be provided if I continue; successfully got to the new website.
The Bug (as I see it) is that the oops system isn't generating any useful debug info for whatever triggered this problem.
As there seemed to be quite a lot of this exact style of oops on canistel at the time; have gracefulled apache in case something has become semi-wedged.
