Bug Description
Allow a RP to request extra (custom) attributes during registration.
These attributes will be stored in the new account, and are to be sent back to the RP whenever required.
A possibility is to implement the AX protocol so that the RP can get/set these extra attributes.

AX is the way to go. Let's not re-invent the wheel
