Documentation needed for external sites to know how to use login.ubuntu.com as an openid provider

Bug Description

Currently we can't point an external site that is affiliated with Ubuntu (for example askubuntu.com) to any docs on best practices for using login.ubuntu.com

What we need to do is think about how we want this used to give the most consistent feel and then document that out so other sites can implement it.

For tracking the work to make developer/integrator documentation more generally available, see bug #607161. We'll keep this bug open for the specific info we want to publish.

Also, we don't yet have any UX documentation but we do have a fairly technical page on the company wiki which might be useful:
