Bug Description

Bug Description:
Currently all the pages are slim and easily viewed. However the login page from a consumer seems to take up the entire width of the browser screen.

I am assuming there is an issue in the dialogue that say if the page is over a certain size to use the standard design rather than the mobile version.

OS:
64bit Maverick

Browser:
FF 3.6.12
Chromium 7.0.517.44 (64615) Ubuntu 10.10
IE 8.0.7600.16385

Problem URL:
https://login.staging.ubuntu.com/GtSdfQJ8H1g69Kf4/+decide

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Goto login.staging.ubuntu.com/consumer
2. Click on the continue button
3. note the width of the browser is taken up by the login screen

Expected Result:
The login screen from the consumer should be the same as the standard login page.

This is caused by the narrow.css stylesheet which is being applied on all openid requests.
