Bug Description:
When you log into SSO and make no changes, then hit the Update button, there is a confirmation that your changes have been saved - it makes the user wonder if his password has been reset to a null value.

2. Hit Update button
Expected Result:
I expect that if there have been no modifications to the page that the message "Your account details have been successfully updated" will not appear.
