Bug Description

When we send emails, we should send them in multi-format. Some people prefer HTML emails for the richness they can provide. Some prefer plain text.

For SSO, we're moving towards "don't send HTML emails from services, eg. SCA/myapps and that we start a process of removing the HTML part of our current emails."

The rationale:

"A plain text email will hardly ever look bad and is trivial to maintain, a HTML email has the potential to look very bad and is not trivial to maintain."

Based on that I'll set this to won't fix.
