Passwords forgotten on the account edit page if there's an error

Bug Description

If there is an error submitting the form (e.g. the passwords don't match) from the account edit page, the passwords are wiped out when the error is returned to the user. The new-account and password-reset screens retain the entered passwords, so that the user may easily edit any mistakes.

Well, the behavior has changed and it's consistent now: the password fields get cleared in all 3 forms (new account, password change, forgotten password reset). It seems to be by design, so I'll close this report now.
