Bug Description

Under the new translations scheme I've noticed a couple of flaws probably both related to sessions

Bug1: if you flick between languages on pages that have rendered information rather than just text the language of the information rendered doesn't change.

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Goto <EC2 URL> create an account
2. When you get to the page about your email being sent out select a new launguage
3. note the "we just sent this to <email address hidden>" is still in english

Bug2: If you mirror the behaviour of emails sent and open a new tab then new tab is in english (default language) rather than the translated language once logged out.

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Goto <EC2 URL> and change the language to anything other than English before you do anything else
2. Log in to your account
3. Add an email to your account
4. Grab the link from the email and open it in a new tab like it would from a real email
5. Confirm the mail page is in the selected language the account is in the selected language.
6. Logout and click on forgot password it's now in English again.
