Change Password Error Message Issues

Bug Description

The following issues were uncovered while testing the "Change Password" functionality in SSO:

1) The location of the "8 character minimum" error when changing the password is sometimes askew and independant of CSS formatting

2) The "Didn't match" error isn't cleared after the fields are made to match - when there is still another error

3) Punctuation and formatting of the "Didn't match" error is different from the other errors, it would be nice if they both followed the sentence structure with punctuation OR of they both used short form with little punctuation.

Due to the demand to get this release out, and the non-functional nature of the issue, I'm going to propose that we release as is but review it in more detail with the assistance of the design team in time for the next release.

Removing this from the 2.3.0 milestone. We'll tackle it as part of the larger rich ui changes.

This was probably solved at some point Issues 1) and 2) are fixed now. Issue 3) *may* still be present but is vague:

"Punctuation and formatting of the "Didn't match" error is different from the other errors, it would be nice if they both followed the sentence structure with punctuation OR of they both used short form with little punctuation".

To me it looks good: If I type mismatching passwords and change focus, I get a javascript-generated "the passwords do not match" message below the strength bar. If I insist and click "save changes", I get a red "Passwords didn't match over the "Re-type password" field. This looks good to me, if there's a specific issue with this please detail it, though I'd appreciate a new bug since the 2 first issues in this one are already fixed.
