Bug Description
I've already tried this but I get stuck at the authentication stage - I'm only given the option to log in with Ubuntu or create a new account, and both options lead me to an "unable to process" page, see attached screenshots.

Sorry for the delay on this, I was out-of-office for the week. On the SSO side of things, I don't see anything obviously wrong with your account. I would suggest contacting IS for this; you can use the form at https:/ /portal. admin.canonical .com/new to file a ticket and possibly ask your manager to escalate it.
