new user - can not reach chat Canonical channel

Bug Description

Hi,

I have registered my self recently in Canonical base and I have tried to reach our channel ( https://chat.canonical.com) for communication but I cant go in at all , I m constantly getting same error message after trying to log in via Ubuntu SSO button: Sorry, Ubuntu One is unable to handle the request.

Have I missed to do something maybe?

Can You have a look and let me know if something is needed from my side.

Hi there,

https://chat.canonical.com/ is the internal Canonical company communication platform. Therefore, it makes sense that Ubuntu One SSO does not let you log in. The error message could maybe be a bit clearer, but it's not technically incorrect to say that Ubuntu One is unable to handle the request.
