[UI] Dates should be left-aligned in table

The table of Sites to which you have recently authenticated contains dates that are right-aligned, dates should be left-aligned.

Why should the date be left-aligned?

We (the design team) are in the process of formalising these styles across canonical products.

In the meantime, as a general rule the only type of data that should be right-aligned is integers. Dates are always the same length, thus align neatly when left-aligned.
